Det \u00e4r helt om\u00f6jligt att \u201dinte kommunicera<\/em>\u201d, eftersom vi kommunicerar oavsett om vi \u00e4r tysta eller med ord. Vi skickar allts\u00e5 information mellan oss oavsett om vi s\u00e4ger n\u00e5got eller om vi inte s\u00e4ger n\u00e5got.<\/p>

Vems \u00e4r ansvaret n\u00e4r du har kommunikationsproblem?<\/h2>

P\u00e5 s\u00e4tt och vis blir det allas, s\u00e5 om vi alla tar ansvar f\u00f6r v\u00e5r del i kommunikationen, dvs l\u00e4r k\u00e4nna oss sj\u00e4lva och tr\u00e4nar p\u00e5 olika s\u00e4tt att kommunicera p\u00e5. F\u00f6r att tala klarspr\u00e5k \u2013 vill vi att andra ska f\u00f6rst\u00e5 beh\u00f6ver vi se, h\u00f6ra och k\u00e4nna hur de kommunicerar och bem\u00f6ta dem p\u00e5 deras <\/em>s\u00e4tt. Du har ansvar f\u00f6r att n\u00e5 fram med din kommunikation, inte n\u00e5gon annan.<\/p>

Hur l\u00e4tt \u00e4r det att bli b\u00e4ttre p\u00e5 att kommunicera?<\/h3>

Ja, det kanske du t\u00e4nker. Svaret \u00e4r tr\u00e4ning, tr\u00e4ning och \u00e5ter tr\u00e4ning.\u00a0<\/p>

Vi beh\u00f6ver bli bra p\u00e5 att lyssna och notera vem det \u00e4r jag pratar med, \u00e4r du snabb kanske du beh\u00f6ver bromsa. Tar du lite l\u00e4ngre tid p\u00e5 dig s\u00e5 kanske du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6rbereda dig s\u00e5 det blir enklare att \u00f6ka tempot n\u00e5got. Vi beh\u00f6ver m\u00f6ta och prata med dem vi m\u00f6ter som de kommunicerar, inte som vi sj\u00e4lva kommunicerar.
